An Eclipse creates an aura, or energy field, of EXTRACTION and MANIFESTATION.
It draws to you "similar particles of light." It also draws
unconscious parts of you into the Light. And now in English...Basically, your
unconscious issues come into your conscious mind. Second, who you are is what
you’ll attract. Nothing in this Universe does anything to you. You either
work in tandem with the Cosmos or you don’t. If you don’t, there
are celestial events that help to speed up your outcomes; to show you what YOU
HAVE created, and with hope, WHY you have created it.
So let’s say you’ve been hoping to segue into a new career. You’ve not started the actual research or education to begin your new venture, but your desire is there. The Eclipse comes along and within one month of the Eclipse, you’re downsized from your current position and are faced with the TIME TO EXPLORE YOUR NEW CAREER. How scary is that? Well, depending upon how much fear you’ve got hiding down deep inside regarding CHANGE....uh oh. See what I’m saying?
Perhaps you’ve already begun educating yourself in new areas. The Eclipse comes along and within one month you’re actually offered a training position!
If you are ill and don’t know it, the Eclipse will act as a miracle worker (that you unconsciously called into action). The illness will come up and out for the purpose of healing. Please remember that whether or not you remain on this planet, HEALING is the goal. We may or may not be able to assist our bodies in healing. If healing a terminal illness, is beyond our present capabilities, we move to the next level of healing our SOUL.
If the way in which you relate to a mate (or anyone!) is in need of reevaluation, YOUR ISSUES around that person will surface.
In other words, the Eclipse energy exposes all particles of you for examination. The Eclipse energy begins and extends two or three days before and after the actual date. And the Eclipse has a mysterious "bounce back effect." That means that if absolutely nothing unusual happens the week of the Eclipse, June 7-13, wait one month later (July 7-13) for the results.
The Lunar Eclipse energy casts a glow on an emotional issue that needs to emerge from our depths. Lunar Eclipses and Solar Eclipses always give us a gift. Although we may not see the event as a gift at the time! Eclipses don't always feel good. Life seems distorted. We have trouble sleeping OR we sleep so deeply it's hard to wake up. Our bodies sometimes feel achy or heavy. No matter what, see Eclipse energy as a vehicle for opening to your Whole Self.
We are all made of energy. When we vibrate at a particular speed or intensity, we attract or repel others. Just imagine yourself to be a spiral in motion. The particular intricacies of who you are spin around and create thoughts and behave in certain ways, etc. You, this spiral, act as a magnet. You will draw to you others of similar motion or others of exact opposite motion. We live in a dichotomous world to show us how to balance. Let’s not forget the law of opposites. Opposites attract and repel. Who you are (on all levels) is what you will attract in life. It’s up to you to balance all of it agreeably. The Solar and Lunar eclipses show you your SELF in all of your glory.
Summer is a time for vacations and family enjoyment. It’s a time
when we want release from tensions. For many of us during May, life contained
more strife and emotions were at a higher peak. Many people felt they
needed to make changes in their lives. Now with Mercury turning direct on June
8th, you’ll find it easier to understand what changes you need to make
and how to communicate those needs to others. This is a good time to start
initiating action.
A solar eclipse in Gemini occurs on June 10th. Like the Saturn opposition to
Pluto, this solar eclipse represents the need to evaluate relationships in our
lives that cause frustration or anger. It’s a time-period to make
commitments to ourselves, and by doing so, we can make commitments to other people.
June is historically a month of weddings. This can be a good time to finally
honor the commitments of love you’ve expressed to another person. Or,
this may be the time when you realize that a relationship you’ve been
involved in just doesn’t really give you the support and love you
need in your life.
On June 21st, the Sun enters Cancer. This ingress is an important one because it represents evaluating your relationships with family and community. As with Mercury turning direct, this time-period represents the need for you to finally communicate all of your concerns. It’s time to bring those thoughts and feelings you’ve had under the surface into the sunlight. It’s time to honor yourself by making commitments in those relationships and situations where you feel you are valued and by ending those relationships and situations where you see there is no need to continue.
When Mercury goes direct on June 8th, Jupiter will also semi-sextile Saturn on June 10th, when we have another Solar Eclipse. When Mercury goes direct, we still may not feel like things are getting back on track until after the 10th of June. The emotions are still running high. After the 10th, we can begin to start planning and making more rational decisions again. This Solar Eclipse is an angular one at almost 20 degrees of Gemini. It will affect those with a prominence of planets close to this degree in the mutable signs, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces the most. The Jupiter/Saturn semi-sextile aspect is a minor one with a sobering effect. It can distill one's faith on one hand and help make things more realistic on the other. It is the last pass for these two planets at 30 degrees from another. The next aspect later in the year will be the 45-degree, semi-square between this planetary pair. Another reality check will be in store once again.
Once the Mercury retrograde passes on the 9th we should see
markets revive and rally somewhat with communications and transportation
sectors showing signs of life. Pluto will be in a poor position being in
opposition to Venus, Mars, Saturn, the North Node and Mercury, possibly
indicating shifts in government policies or continued or heightened unrest in
the
Neptune, one of the rulers of the NYSE's 10th house is nicely aspected to Saturn and this should prompt some opportunities and growth related to mergers and acquisitions. At the same time Mars, the other ruler of the NYSE's 10th house, will be in opposition to Pluto and this can indicate problems leading to downsizing at the upper level management in companies involved with transportation, automotive, air travel, and communications. If possible, hold off making any moves before Mercury turns direct on the 8th, after that particular date execute any trades if you want to make changes to your portfolio. One last quick note...Medical research-related equities look like a good bet.
Holy Eclipse, Batman!
A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon stands between the Sun and Earth, cutting off the light of the Sun.
A lunar eclipse occurs when the Earth stands between the Moon and the Sun, cutting off the light of the Sun from the Moon.
What does this mean to you? How can you best deal with eclipses?
1. Eclipses are dramatic "wild cards" in our horoscopes. Just as we were feeling comfortable, they shake up our thinking so that we might move forward to a new level of evolution and maturity. Events that follow an eclipse have more weight than events brought on by a simple new or full moon. They may bring events that are "fated". Eclipses always bring unexpected changes of direction if your chart is to be touched. The eclipse does not have to fall in your sign to have that happen. (Read your the forecast for your sign below to find out.) However, if an eclipse falls on your birthday, the year that follows certainly will be eventful, possibly even exciting.
2. Eclipses bring benchmark news of life's big events: births, marriages, promotions, important travel, business deals, and so forth. For example, you may leave one job for a better one or start a business. You could get a new place to live or discover your roommate is vacating, perhaps without warning! An eclipse can reward you for hard work done and catapult you to fame. Or an eclipse can offer a reality check with the difficulties that transpire, forcing you to examine your behavior.
3. Eclipses shine the bright light of truth to the part of your life that is touched by the eclipse. Most of the time, eclipses act as course correctors. You will feel enlightened and aware of the elements in a situation. You will see, perhaps for the first time, the true character of those who play a major role in the eclipse.
4. To illustrate this point, imagine a puzzle piece falling out of the sky into your hands. This new piece of information, when added to the overall picture of an existing situation will change your view of its complexion and bring you a flash of insight. You may find yourself saying, "For the first time, I understand!" You now have a complete picture and thus can make a fuller, more realistic appraisal of what that episode means to you, and what you must do next. You gain maturity and seasoning.
Even if an eclipse won't effect you (and I will tell you in your forecast), you will nevertheless note plenty of action around you, not only in your own circle but also in the world at large (via the media). There is a feeling of life moving on speedily, fast forward, of great acceleration.
5. With all eclipses, something ends and something else begins. During an eclipse period, you may feel like you are walking across a bridge to a brand new place. It is unlikely you can go back to where you originated, because later you will feel more sophisticated and enlightened.
6. React and respond to others but do not initiate under the influence of an eclipse. It is better to listen than to act. The ancients always wrote that if you act under an eclipse, the plan will never work out quite the way you expect. Consider the ideas of others but do not make proposals or decisions of your own at that time.
You could be feeling more emotional than usual, especially if the eclipse is lunar (full moon). Since your judgment may be impaired or pieces of information missing, try to get as much time as you can to think about what's going on. If you can, wait a week's time before you have to decide. If someone comes to you with a proposal, consider it carefully. If after looking at it from all sides, you like it, proceed.
7. Realize, however, that it may be impossible to get much time to think about your response--you'll probably be urged to be nimble and quick. Have your wits about you! Keep your normal schedule light as you approach eclipse time, for almost always the eclipse brings something new into focus on.
If you should suffer under an eclipse, for example, by losing your job or by breaking up with your sweetheart, realize the other person may have acted in haste. (Remember the eclipse time rule: react rather than act for best results. Apparently this other person in your life didn't do that!)
8. Eclipses can help you do things you never thought you could do. They also bring events you thought were months or even years ahead that happen immediately and can't be ignored. Here is an example of how an eclipse often works:
You are riding a horse in unfamiliar, beautiful terrain. You were told that you would have to jump a tall stone fence (a substantial obstacle or big-deal project) five miles down the road (later in life). Distracted by the scenery (life) you forget about the fence, until it looms suddenly in front of you. You don't feel ready to jump (take a risk). You cannot imagine going over that fence and surviving! This is a big stretch for you! Yet, it symbolizes something you want to do, so you feel conflicted (fear vs. wanting). Perhaps you momentarily panic or try to stop. However, the horse (your inner power) has been trained to jump and before you can pull on the reigns, you find yourself flying through the air. The horse is doing it for you. You land perfectly. The horse is fine and so are you--but you feel shaky.
It all happened so quickly! You knew the fence was coming up, but being distracted by the scenery (everyday life), you didn't expect it so soon. Now, however, you feel quite accomplished--proud of what you did, and rightly so! Had it not happened without time to think, you may not have had the courage to try. This, dear reader, is the feeling brought on by an eclipse.
9. Most eclipses are felt within four days of the actual date of the eclipse. Yet you can sometimes feel a full moon lunar eclipse as early as two weeks prior to it or up to six months later. (Most likely it will occur a month to the day later, plus or minus four days--that is your zone to watch if things don't happen immediately). Take notice of news and signals you get near the eclipses. While often news is dramatic and obvious, sometimes the news will come subtly, as secret or as gossip, but nevertheless will be quite telling of rather dramatic changes to come.
Solar eclipses work somewhat differently than lunar eclipses, and emphasize beginnings. (Something may also be ending but the attention is more on the start than the finish.) The changes could phase in over a period of months. Still, the news or timing of those changes often come as a surprise. If a solar eclipse falls on or within a few days of your birthday, you will certainly feel the effects of it over the course of the year. Changes will be complete by the time you reach your next birthday.

May 20 until June 14
Venus is a planet of sensitivity and affection. Its entry into the sign of Cancer marks a period of potentially greater intimacy and relationship-building for those willing to feel their deepest needs and share them with others. Venus in Cancer reminds us that love is a great nurturing force, one that binds relationships by the care that we give to one another.
We're all likely to be more aware of the level of approval and acceptance we're receiving now. This can enrich our connections with others as subtle patterns of emotional give-and-take become more apparent. However, it's also possible that objectivity may suffer as vulnerability and uncertainty surface.

Assertive Mars meets some significant challenges in the sensitive water sign of Cancer. This warrior planet prefers to charge ahead, acting on its own instincts, rather than weighing the consequences of its actions. Cancer, however, tends to blunt Mars' pointed thrust. This nurturing sign is about protection and security, so impulsive Mars may be forced to slow down and move more carefully at this time.

So, one thing at a time. Many of you have just made a transition from one way of being to another. It was like giving birth and dying all at once.

This 33 day period from June 7 to July 10 (or so) is your grace. You’ve recently had your epiphany and now you need time to settle into the shift.

This eclipse is in your own sign. Sit still, breathe, meditate. Never over do it because you’re already feeling the charge of the cosmic light brigade storming through your cells. Whenever there’s an eclipse in your sign (or rising sign) you simply must make space for change. Your body is doing everything at once. Take a rest this week.
Whatever you do that doesn’t coincide with your true nature will be glaringly apparent. Many Geminis across the board will see a change (or immediate need for change) in their approach to solving quandaries. Your body is undergoing a grieving period. What are you ready and willing to do that your parents were unable to? Maybe the answer is as simple as TO CHANGE. Or perhaps become INTIMATE Or to CO-OPERATE with life and the people in it. What is the one thing your father and mother did or does that annoys the hell out of you? You either embody or emulate those traits. OR those are the traits that you continually judge and are afraid of becoming. (Which keeps you stuck in one place and attracting the same type of romantic partner.)

You’d benefit greatly by taking time to reflect quietly upon your role in the world. Yeah, yeah, that’s not exactly a peaceful stroll in the park, but it’s worth the look.
The week centering around the 10th is an outright invitation to that walk. Maybe you’ll be hired at a new company. Perhaps your own company undergoes major changes. Don’t fret the details. If you wish to maintain speed in your field of endeavor then allow life to alter itself around you. The elements that need to change NEED TO CHANGE.
If you’re coming back into the workforce after a long sabbatical, spot the open doors. Stop looking at the plan and take action. I can almost feel your nervous energy. Deep breaths. You need to have a plan of action, you need to pay bills and be practical. You also need to give yourself over to the creative forces who wish to partner with you. All that means is if you are childless and witness a mother’s particular parenting style, don’t be so quick to judge it. You may be in her shoes very soon. Or, if you behave one way at work and have a tough time with a co-worker, then one day very soon, you’ll experience what that co-worker is talking about.
Please acknowledge that what comes and goes in your life represents the parts of you that flow in and out of trust. You keep waiting and looking for a sign to see if the coast is clear. You pray, you ask, you hope, you demand, you want it all to go the way you envision. Take a deep breath and look at your mental chatter. You have a reason for everything...everything except what you really are, who you really are.
Your home/family life and romantic life await your commitment to self as well. Be honest. And if you’ve been honest, then be forgiving. If you’ve been that, then be accepting that those around you might not ever change. From there, you must make a decision. If you’ve been grieving a feminine energy for too long, then it’s time to let it go and find a true mother in yourself. As with the Solar eclipse, you will let go of a masculine figure that no longer speaks your language.

The Solar and Lunar Eclipses highlight two distinct areas of your life: Education and Consciousness. Now, these areas are also broken down into more categories: Your siblings, your beliefs, legal contracts and travel. I know, these topics seem so diverse and unrelated. Believe me, they tie in on a deep level.
What you believe becomes your credo. Your credo has been your education about life. Every experience in life configures the way in which you negotiate and compromise in business. And travel? Where you go in life (even if it’s only on the Discovery channel) alters your perceptions about your beliefs, thus creating your present consciousness. And round and round the mulberry bush... Right? So basically, everything you experience in life makes you who you are. Well, in your case, you need to realize that you’re not exactly experiencing, but merely perceiving.
The Eclipses are out to give you a real and tangible opportunity to know if what you believe is bullshit or not. Whether you’re a teacher, lawyer, sister, brother, flight attendant, student, international business partner or priest, you’re about to understand the more asleep parts of your unconscious self.
You may need to renegotiate your contract at work. Perhaps it’s done FOR you! What will you do next? Perhaps travel, vacation, relax. Maybe you’re going to see that you’ve been teaching something that has nothing to do with your truth. Will you continue?You and your siblings need to have a pow wow and clear the air. Ah, those are your tasks at hand. Keep in mind that everything that happens in life is not because God Willed it. God is Pure Conscious Love. As YOU Evolve, so does the Cosmos. You have a very direct role in the shaping of your world. Please don’t sign, declare, or commit to anything the days of the Eclipses. But, do be open to meditating on what you truly believe. See if those beliefs work for you when the phone rings, the papers are delivered, the communication comes in that tells you something different.
I know I’ve said this before, but what would you do with a blank canvas? So? Why aren’t you doing that now! You give me all the excuses, the things that sound perfectly reasonable, yet keep you stuck in the same circle. "I don’t have the money, the time, the courage, the need."

You know, the Solar eclipse is going to have an unusual affect upon you. I keep checking in with my ‘sources’ and I keep getting the same information--you have a benefactor that is yet unknown. Well, I write this info in May, so perhaps by the time July’s end is near, things are clearer.
If you’ve been in serious debt, it could be that the government or debtors are lenient with you. That alone would be a welcomed break. Let’s talk for a moment about ‘intellectual properties’--honestly, I’m not sure what that means, but if you have business dealings with another person or group, this is when life becomes serious. Not necessarily negative! You’ve entered the big leagues and your opportunity at hand is to show everyone what you’re made of.
Oh, now it’s clearer. Someone (employer, venture capitalist, loan officer, etc) is willing to take a risk on you if you are ready to head into new financial territory. Your challenge is to know your worth ahead of time! You’ve got to become savvy in ways untold.
If you’re in college and don’t even know what the words, ‘mortgage’ or ‘term life’ means, you’re about to have a valuable education. If you are the venture capitalist or the arbitor, the lender, you’re in for a fun ride with a new vision of HOW to make something work in EVERYONE’S FAVOR.
That’s right, folks. You are now held directly accountable for your intention. If you’re looking to scam or skim this is not the planet for you. He or she has undergone a major transformation and is now willing to compromise. This person may be a business associate who once worked as your competitor. Welcome their newfound allegiance to the ‘other side.’
The interesting situation that surrounds this person asks you to be more aware of your own ethics and work practices. They might have some great ideas for restructuring your methods. But if you’re so thrown by their sudden need for some control, you might not see the future benefits of their ideas. Let’s not make this a pissing contest. There’s a lot of Light around your home and property this month. If you’re investing in property or remodeling your home, make sure you’ve done your homework and interviewed the proper realtors, contractors, plumbers, etc. Have a list of questions ready for them. Get their information and references. The energy coming into your home is swift and strong, so be ready for lots of change.
If you’ve been thinking of a home office, now is when the plans and the money comes through. Adding a nursery? Awww, congratulations! Make sure there’s no lead in that paint. If you were hoping to become pregnant, play all month! On the other hand, if you’re ready to stop at one or two, buckle up for safety.
Be aware of all wiring and electrical equipment in your home. Have it all checked. While we’re on it, let’s look at noxious fumes, too. Long ago, my grandmother complained of smelling gas. Everyone thought she was senile because she had an electric oven. Well, lo and behold, a plastic Christmas ornament fell into her antique lamp. It started to melt and gave off noxious fumes! Don’t discount anything unusual in your home or home office. ESPECIALLY if you have fireplaces.The bigger picture this Solar Eclipse paints deals with who you are to yourself and to the world. We’ve talked before about how your role in life is changing. Yes, you’re much more assured, confident, and ready to move forward.
But first, let’s discuss grief. This eclipse brings up a masculine parent issue. Whether that be your mom or dad, you could suddenly be in the throes of grieving a parent. This doesn’t mean that your dad or mum is going to die. Although it might. The deeper concern is how that parent helped to shape your masculine self. Let me say that again in another way. The way you and your masculine parent interacted or didn’t interact is now, at present, a primary issue. Look at your family life. How do you interact with your spouse, children, existing parents?
You need to keep what works and release the rest. You may be triggered to see yourself more like that parent than you care to. Well, life is simply a mirror. If you don’t like what you see, you have the option to change your patterns and behavior.Get closer to this parent. Even if they’ve passed on, you can still connect. Nothing in life is over, really. Except that which no longer represents our truth. That computer, that chair, those bookends you bought when you were ten, are all just things that have nothing to do with your true self.
As you embark on this venture to know your masculine self, your feminine self becomes stronger, too. You see, it’s all about balance. The Lunar Eclipse casts a glow in two places. First, with your career. Second, with your feminine business approach. The changes prompted by the Solar Eclipse help you to situate yourself for the big event in Career.
What you choose to do in life ought to represent who you are. Make sense? If you’re pious, it doesn’t mean you have to become a priest. If you’re a huge figure in the financial or political world, it doesn’t mean you have to become Mr. Potter. Yes, you also need to understand the business world. In business, trade secrets are not given away. But let’s not forget about compassion.
Saturate your words and actions with compassion and a particular philosophy that sincerely represents you. So, here’s your task...to know both worlds and to uphold them to help create a greater society.No judgment or whimping out allowed. Extremes won’t cut it anymore.
So since we looked at your masculine self, let’s peek at your feminine self. Your feminine self in Career has not worked well. Yes, you’re loyal, you get the job done, you’re sensitive, but you’re a push over. And for those of you who are in fear of losing a client, money, etc, because of your fem self, you’ve been extra masculine to compensate. That probably led to a lot of feelings of imbalance and inadequacy...which can only lead to one thing...numbing your feelings with prescription drugs or alcohol or cigarettes.
How does or did your feminine parent handle stress? Did he/she ‘check out?’ in hopes it would all just go away? Or did he/she drink or go insane with cleaning or obsessing? Be clear on what both masculine and feminine parents did and do and see if you can find where you do the same.This is not about your parents. Let me remind you that our parents exist to bring us into the world and to remind us of OUR patterns and behavior. They merely help to reinforce who you are. What the Eclipses are hoping to do is extract your extremes so you can see who you are and what you’d like to do with who you are in career and in life.
So you see, it doesn’t matter if you’re retired, at home with kids (that’s the ultimate career!) or a student figuring it all out.You need to see your masculine and feminine sides to better relate to yourself, change your unnecessary patterns, and then get on with the business of living an authentic life. Spirit Guides
Spirit Guides are non-physical entities. They exist in spirit and the vibration of their spiritual bodies is very fast. They are normally not seen on a physical or material level.
The physical dimension or the world we live in vibrates at a very slow rate. In order to contact your Guides, you must raise the vibration of your spiritual body to the point where communication is possible. Meditation is the fastest and easiest way to raise your vibration.
Once your spiritual vibration has increased, there are several ways that you can contact your Guiding Entity. The most typical ways (but not the only ways) of making contact with your Guides are:

Spirit Guides come in many forms and they are here to help guide you on your life path. Guides ensure that you meet the people that are necessary for your growth and development, and have the experiences that will help you to progress spiritually.

Angels
We all have at least one Spirit Guide. Those of you who choose to develop your abilities will be in contact with many different Guides and Teachers over the course of a lifetime. You will be able to meet with these beings to receive insight, inspiration and support. Those of you who do not develop your abilities will also be in contact with these Guides and Teachers but will probably not be aware of it.
Through the development of your Inner Guidance, you can learn to communicate with, and contact your Guides. You can become very good friends with some of them. Guides are aware of your every thought and action.
There is no point in lying to a Guide because they already know the truth (even when you don't know the truth) and they will always love and support you.
This means that if you don't want your friends to come over for dinner because you don't want to see them, your Guide will know this and accept it without any judgment or guilt. There is no pressure and they won't be telling you that you are not being socially correct or polite. There is never the worry that they might not like you for who you are. You don't have to do things to gain their approval nor do you have to prove anything to them.
Guides will appear to you as you can accept them. Many have been with you in prior lifetimes and will often appear to you as they were during that time period. It is not unusual to see an Egyptian, a Monk, a Priest, a Native American Indian, or an Atlantean. It would be unusual for a relative to be your Guide. A relative or friend who has passed over may be around you for support or for temporary guidance but they are not normally your Spirit Guide.
When you first meet your Guide, he or she will probably make it a gradual introduction so as not to frighten or overwhelm you. A Guide will never want to frighten you. Many people have Guides that first appeared to them as a foot, a hand or an eye. The body part appeared quickly and then disappeared. It can take weeks (sometimes months) before they show themselves fully. For those of you who are religious, your Guide may appear as an Angel with wings.
Sometimes a Guide will appear as an animal. For many people it easier to accept an animal than a person as it is less frightening to them or they might relate to animals better than they relate to people. It is not unusual to see birds (eagles, hawks, owls), dolphins, whales, panthers, lions, tigers, horses, dogs, cats, and smaller animals.
Guides will usually give you a name that you can use when speaking with them although this is not always the case.
Guides usually work with more then one person at a time.
